Shahr Brokerage Company was registered on July 26, 2009, under registration number 353410 with the Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions Registration Office of Tehran, following the acquisition of its license from the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO). The company officially commenced its operations in the Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) on August 29, 2009. Subsequently, the brokerage obtained its trading license for the Iran Fara Bourse (IFB) on September 6, 2011, and successfully secured its trading license for the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) on September 15, 2012. On February 18, 2020, leveraging its existing capacities, the company successfully completed the consolidation of its brokerage licenses.
