ISO 45001

In alignment with its commitment to preserving human capital well-being and adhering to global standards, Shahr Financial Group has successfully obtained the ISO 45001:2018 certification (Occupational Health and Safety Management System). This certification, valid until the end of 2025, verifies that the Group's processes in the fields of "Portfolio Management, Subsidiary Governance, Financing, and Provision of Financial IT Services" are conducted within a secure environment fully compliant with international occupational health and safety requirements.

ISO 14001

Aiming to fulfill its social responsibilities and adhere to sustainable development principles, Shahr Financial Group has successfully obtained the ISO 14001:2015 certification (Environmental Management System). This certification, valid until the end of 2025, demonstrates the Group's commitment to environmental compliance and optimal resource management across all operational processes, including "Portfolio Management, Subsidiary Governance, and Financial IT Services."

ISO 9001

With the objective of establishing a systematic quality management framework and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, Shahr Financial Group has successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification (Quality Management System). Valid until the end of 2025, this international standard signifies the Group's commitment to continuous process improvement and full compliance with global quality standards across its key service areas: "Portfolio Management, Subsidiary Governance, Financing, and Financial IT Services."

SEO Operating License as a Financial Institution

In order to formalize its status within the capital market, Shahr Financial Group (Public Joint Stock) has successfully obtained the operating license to act as a Financial Institution (Holding Company) from the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO). Pursuant to this license, the company was officially listed in the SEO’s register of financial institutions on October 4, 2022, under Registration No. 12030. Consequently, all operations and activities of the Group are conducted under the direct supervision, laws, and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
