Shahr-e Atiyeh Investment Company (Public Joint Stock) was originally registered on February 5, 2008, under registration number 314780 and National ID 10103547729 at the Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office, under the initial name Fajr Shams Atiyeh Investment Company (Private Joint Stock). Based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated April 27, 2010, the company's name was officially changed to Shahr-e Atiyeh Investment Company (Private Joint Stock), and this change was recorded on May 16, 2010. The company's activities are categorized into four main sectors: Urban Construction & Development, Real Estate, Commerce & Supply, and Investment & International Relations.
